JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and direct manpower to ensure the production targets and departmental objectives are met
- Provide necessary guidance, training, and coaching to the production employees to maintain company standards.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for the operation.
- Safeguard company property by ensuring operators operate the equipment and process in the safest manner
- Participate in quality improvement activity including quality audits and process improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Responsible for raising necessary requisitions for raw materials and supplies to ensure smooth plant operation
- To follow up on daily production plan, manpower, resource arrangement, and utilization.
- Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency are met
- Act as a team role model and change agent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate or Diploma in any related field
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Able to work in shifts and lead a team
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Sound people-leading & team-building skills
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Maintain an environment of openness, trust, and integrity.
