Production Supervisor - Start Now

Job Description

• Develop and implement action items to meet production schedules, goals and objectives
• Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
• Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.
• Responsible to support the key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
• Identify resource needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met
• Additional duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in in similar environment..
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Willing to work shift ( 12 hours rotation shift )
• Experience in SMT, PCBA and wave soldering production will be an added advantage.
• Having highly proactive attitude, possess drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
• Willing and able to work in production and fast pace environment
