Job Description
- New Machine / Line set up and data collection for new machine / line qualification.
- Maintain vision system performance to ensure detection system is effective.
- Participate in workshop for improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery.
- Assist engineer for evaluation and troubleshooting.
- To ensure all the tools, jigs and fixture are maintained in good condition.
- To ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures and legal requirements all times.
- To perform trouble shooting on assembly machine / tooling & perform related repair / adjustment
- To read & understand technical drawing & perform daily measurement
- Any others duties that will be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCad, CnC
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
