Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of IC hardware testing experience to support production testing of power semiconductor chips (consumer, industrial, automotive). The role involves collaboration with subcontractor factories and internal teams to improve test processes, ensure quality, and enhance cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot test issues at subcontractor sites
• Transfer test solutions/processes to subcontractor factories
• Support capacity expansion and testing improvement
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
• Collaborate on efficiency and cost-saving projects
• Maintain test hardware and software with internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in IC hardware or power IC testing
• Solid knowledge of analog/digital circuits and C programming
• Willing to travel to China and global subcontractor sites
