PRODUCTION TRAINEE - with Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate team to continuously improve manufacturing process
• Responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Develop, document and enforce standard operating procedures and process description
• Document manufacturing instructions, control plan and methods to maintain higher product and process quality
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Educate workers to avoid accidents and prevent injuries
• Ensure that all reports which record by worker are correct. 
• Manpower arrangement & transfer to other production line if necessary
• Ensure production output according to planner’s schedule estimation.
• Ensure production are fulfilling with 5S standard.
• Liaise & discuss with planner regards machine idle & repairing time.
• Monitor & control machine, mould status and product weight.

Qualification & Requirement : 

• Minimum SPM.
• 1 year relevant working experience

• Able to work under pressure and take challenging
• Confident, independent, strong team collaboration and leadership potential
• Able to communicate in Chinese.
• Required language(s): English and Malay.
