Productivity Analyst (Manager) - Collaborative Environment

Job Responsibilities 

• Key person to accountable in managing the productivity system, maintaining controls, ensuring data accuracy and sustaining the standards.
• Establish a year on year productivity target with DCs. Track, measure and review the actual achievement vs target improvement and embedment of productivity saving into financial plans.
• Analyze and identify trends, patterns and root cause of gaps to facilitate the development of data-driven recommendations for productivity enhancement in all DCs.
• Collaborate with DCs in finding the opportunity, selecting and prioritizing the initiatives in productivity improvement.
• Participate in all productivity related matters including root cause analysis activities, brainstorming sessions and the development of action plans to address challenges and drive sustainable improvements.

Job Requirements 

• Experience in productivity analysis and measure with proven record in enhancement and saving.
• Contract Logistics background is preferred with direct experience in analytical work and managing data.
• Good analytical skills and Highly Proficient in Excel, SQL, Database application
•  Bachelor degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, quantitative field, IT or other related disciplines
• KPI Management, Data Analysis and Data Management
• Team player who are able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to comprehend and troubleshoot from data, design and propose sustainable solution
• Numerical inclined, logical thinking and attention to details.
• Must be willing to work at Bandar Bukit Raja.
