Job Description

• Produce high quality products relative to the costs of running the team. 
• Deals with the efficiency with which engineering team can deliver functional and high-quality products.
• Streamline the process and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Using developer tools such as AutoCAD that can assist engineers in streamlining the workflows, automating repetitive tasks and increasing coding efficiency.
• Regular performance evaluation and feedback with team.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering and related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in AutoCAD is a bonus.
