Program Manager

• Full responsibility for multiple accounts’ Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
• Lead the accounts’ strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability including spending analysis, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skill in leading and directing the team towards delivering results within the constraints of schedule, budget, and resources.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives & strive to capitalize on organic revenue growth opportunities
• Negotiating contract terms and/or amends established contract terms with key clients.
• Controls performance by measuring and reporting results, evaluating, and correcting performance and administering policies and procedures.
• Work hand in hand with supply chain and operations for forecast planning, in stock positions, new product roll outs, and overall fulfilment excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Program management: 6 years (Preferred)
• EMS: 5 years (Preferred)
