Programme Manager - Positive Work Culture

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall success of Programme(s) from planning, designing and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action plan.
2. Manage and deal with queries, responses and/or complaints which includes the provision of explanations (if required) and updating the Management of such matters.
3. Manage and report on Programme budgets and deliverables as required.
4. Build, empower and endure relationships with communities within creative sectors which include Government ministries or agencies, private organisations and companies, academic institutions and educational organisations, sector bodies, cultural institutions and any other relevant organisation or individuals.
5. Encourage engagement with communities which require strategic support to scale up.
6. Develop new ways, projects or initiatives in line with the Organisation’s vision, mission and strategic priorities to deliver the best possible outcomes.
7. Work with other internal departments and colleagues to plan, execute, measure and report on Programme(s) where necessary and adhere to relevant processes as required.
8. Attend to necessary tasks in hand which may encompass any other projects, initiatives and activities undertaken by the division aligned to overall mandate and strategic plans of the Organisation.
9. Ensure delivery of Programme(s) is of high quality and meets agreed indicators of success.
10. Attending to any other work designated to you by the Head of Department and/or GCEO of the Organisation.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in programme and/or grants management, project management, sector engagement, managing stakeholders.
• Degree in related field and/or professional qualification.
• Strong command of written and verbal communication (BM and English).
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work within a team and perform in cross-functional team approaches.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise work, meet deadlines and produce quality results in a timely manner with attention to detail.
