We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You\u2019ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.\n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to ___.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * The Project Manager tracks, monitors and drives the actions for Product transitions, Supplier readiness and qualifications and Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity that ensures distinct projects are completed on schedule and within tolerable risk levels.\n * Manage technical, non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.\n * Provide forecasting, planning and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.\n * Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies. Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved\n * Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous processes.\n\n\n\nOther Job Responsibilities\n\n * Collecting, cleaning, and analysing supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies.\n * Developing and maintaining automated reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power Tools, and Power BI.\n * Collaborating with Supply Chain teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.\n * Supporting ad-hoc data requests and contributing to process improvement initiatives.\n * Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree and a minimum of 1-2 year of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.\n * Data analytics experience including working knowledge of SQL and Excel\n * Experience in SAP and project management are value add.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
