Program/Project Manager 3

Manage projects [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems. Build solutions that will improve [insert relevant] business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
