The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What you’ll do

Business Continuity, Risk & Resilience (APAC)
• Own business continuity, resiliency, and risk management for Asia, aligned to Lam’s enterprise standards.
• Drive regional continuity planning, readiness, and recovery execution; identify and mitigate operational risks and single points of failure through cross functional partnership.
• Lead Asia incident response coordination and ensure rapid stabilization and recovery across logistics operations.
Accountability Frameworks & Governance
• Establish and drive accountability frameworks across Asia to ensure clear ownership, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
• Define operating cadence, governance, and executive reporting to maintain visibility to risks, actions, and performance.
• Reinforce leadership continuity and execution rigor during periods of ramp, change, or elevated operational risk.
Cross Functional Integration & Program Execution
• Act as an integrator across Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and enterprise functions in Asia.
• Drive complex, cross regional programs in alignment with Global Logistics strategic priorities.
• Lead initiatives end to end through ambiguity, ensuring alignment, speed, and disciplined execution.
Change Management & GLO DT (Asia)
• Serve as the change management lead for GLO Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives in Asia.
• Drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment of new tools, processes, and capabilities across the region.
• Partner with global DT and regional stakeholders to ensure effective rollout, communication, and impact realization.
GLO Business Operations Support
• Support a broad range of Global Logistics Organization (GLO) business operations initiatives across Asia.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and successful delivery of key programs.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.


• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management


• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.


• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
