REQUIREMENTS
- At least Advanced Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in project administrative/ document controller or any related field.
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Good work ethic with positive team attitude.
- Self-motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft application software e.g. Excel & Word.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and processing Project Management Team (PMT) claims, expenses and payment related matters.
- Assist in handling transportation, accommodation and medical facilities for project teams for both domestic and international arrangement in timely manner.
- Coordinate medical arrangement as required for project personnel.
- Monitor and maintain records of project-related expenses and cost of accommodation, claims, medical, visa & travelling.
- Keep track of extension dates for hotel accommodations for crew members.
- Support HR in document preparations for new recruitments for projects.
- Support Procurement and Logistic in any PMT related matter, e.g., procurement documentation process, sending documents/parcels/items through courier etc.
