Project Admin Executive (Construction)

Project Admin is responsible for assistingthe Project Executive and taking lead on specific projectactivities & cost control.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To issue quotationand attend to customer enquiries/issue and work together withproject executive.
• To prepare claim, follow upand proper documentation over the project.
• Toassist in overall planning, implementation, and execution ofprojects to ensure successful completion of the projects within settimeline as well as in accordance with approved specification andquality deliverables.
• Responsible to allproject’s correspondence and documentations
• Allother duties and tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience withDiploma in Civil Engineering or related EngineeringDiscipline.
• AutoCAD drafting knowledge is anadvantage
• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice
• Good communicationskills
• Able to meet tightdeadline
• Able to work in a team as well asindependently
• Working hour: 5½ days week(8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-2pm)
• Locatedin Jalan Bagan Lallang,Butterworth.
