Penerangan Pekerjaan - Project Admin Manager

Make sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative.

Project planning

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, goals and deliverables of restaurant/ballroom renovation project;
  2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation;

Contractor Coordination

  1. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and quality execution of renovation work;
  2. Regularly inspect and assess the progress of construction work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards;
  3. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the renovation process;

Timeline Management

  1. Create and maintain a comprehensive timeline for the renovation project, ensuring adherence to deadlines;
  2. Oversee contractor activities, checking work quality and addressing any discrepancies;
  3. Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project flow;

Maintenance and Operations

  1. During periods without active projects, oversee the maintenance and operational needs of existing restaurant branches;
  2. Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to address any repairs, renovations, or upgrades needed;
  3. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to uphold the overall functionality and appearance of existing branches;

Team Management

  1. Arrange and manage workers for bot renovation projects and ongoing maintenance tasks;
  2. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal productivity;

Budget Management

  1. Develop and manage budgets for renovation projects and maintenance activities;
  2. Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsible:

  • At least 5 years of corporate working experience is required.
  • Self-motivated, good team player and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with common computer software (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint, Zoom)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical and electrical) / architecture or equivalent.
  • Preferable if have working experience in architectural clerk of works for F&B renovation and maintenance.
  • Required language : Mandarin (spoken and written),Bahasa Malaysia and English.
