Key Responsibilities:
Project Assistant:
Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute property management projects.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Communicate project progress and updates to the Project Manager and Executive Assistant.
Administrative Support:
Manage office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and resources.
