Job Description
- Play an integral role in setting organization priorities, project timelines and provide feedback for ensuring highest quality of event production.
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholders & matters.
- Responsible in maintaining existing vendors and establishing a new relationship with new vendor for project execution.
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
- Constantly propose new ideas / solutions to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
- Conduct research, make site visits and find new vendors / resources related to the online & on ground event.
- Analyze each event's success and produce post-event evaluation to inform future events.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while continually finding ways to improve processes to produce higher quality and more effective results.
- Prepare profit & loss report and drive solutions to improve margin & reduce costing.
- Responsible in all aspect of an event execution from Food & Beverages, Rental Equipment, Sound & Light, Manpower & Talents, Engagement Activities & Workshop, Performance & Show, Transportation & Venue set up by managing different vendors & stakeholder. (On Ground)
- Responsible in all aspect of live show execution from Studio Booking, Talent Liaison, Facebook view boost purchase by managin different vendors & stakeholder. (Live)
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholers & matters.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
- Candidate with good knowledge and skill in event industry would be added advantage.
- Other Added Advantage:
Strong communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
Work independently and willing to learn.
Detailed oriented.
Willing to take challenge.
Good in price negotiation.
