Project Coordinator (Based in Sri Lanka) - Excellent Benefits Package

Location: Sri Lanka Colombo Casino

Requirements:

• Assist in project planning and coordination, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors;
• Prepare budgets for MEP components of projects and monitor costs throughout the construction process;
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP installations;
• Procure materials, equipment, and services required for MEP installations, while ensuring quality and compliance;
• Conduct inspections to ensure MEP installations meet quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP installations, and implement safety measures as needed;
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts;
• Maintain accurate documentation related to MEP installations, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence;
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of MEP engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience in MEP coordination or a similar role within the construction industry;
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and regulatory requirements;
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
