We are desiring to recruit a competitive PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our growing team at VISUAL SCULPTURE DESIGN (M) SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Coordination and supervise works at site (retails outlets)
Draft quotation to client
Sourcing of materials / suppliers
Ensuring work completed and run smoothly
Report to Project Manager/Director of the overall progress of the project
Ensure that all works carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures within the time line given
Ensure works quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied
Attend project meeting and liaise or coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors and workers
Monitor material usage & wastage at site
Commission will be given for every project.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in interior fit-out or a related project or in renovation industry

Good knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality control

Pro-active, independent and have good problem-solving skills

Night works required if project based at mall

Able to manage whole renovation project is an added advantage

Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

With or without experience, fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Posses own transport

Salary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions
