Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall site technical issues.
• To assist the project manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
• Liaison with consultants, contractors & relevant authorities
• To check all drawings pertaining to the project
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the   drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and instructions, check for discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare site reports and other documentation as required
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Structural/Building Construction) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Civil / Structural & Building Construction
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Working experience in landed housing development would be an added advantage
• Able to operate AUTOCAD & Microsoft Office.
