PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user requirements.  Prepare Project Scope and User Requirement Specification.
• Coordination with end users, designers, software development team and external 3rd parties for new projects and system enhancement. 
• Develop project plans, monitor, track and report project status on day-to-day basis to keep the stakeholders well-informed of project progress. 
• Promote adherence to project schedule. To ensure timely and successful implementation of projects.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, shared by project team and stored appropriately.
• Develop test plans, functional specifications, user guides and other required documents. 
• Conduct QA testing before UAT. 
• Conduct UAT with end users and report test results. 
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.  

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and analyze industry requirements and business practices. 
• Good documentation skills, quality conscious, good reporting and communication skills. 
• Good team player, proactive personality, self-organized, ambitious and demonstrated passionate to work. 
• Able to work under pressures in a fast-paced environment to meet tight schedules and deadlines. 
• Able to work with all levels with minimum supervision. 
• Fluent in both written and verbal of English & Mandarin. 

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field with 2-3 years similar working experience. 
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in SDLC, Agile, MS Project is advantageous. MS Words and MS Excel.
