Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develops project milestone with client and team.
• Determines project responsibilities and assign tasks.
• Maintains project timeline by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing specifications and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs expenditures set by Project Manager / Management and suppliers
• Prepares project status and progress reports.
• Maintains project documentation by entering and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal, state, and site regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum 2 years experience in advertising, marketing, and project management.
• Posses strong communication skill (written and spoken).
• Has ability for strong Logical and Analytical thinking.
• Design Skills / critique.
• Project management and reporting.
• Basic understanding and use of documentation / recording / presentation software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Humble and well mannered in communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Have can do attitude to achieve project goals.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Willing to travel (Travel within Klang Valley area is a MUST. Outstation travel is minimal).
