Project Executive (Eksekutif Projek)

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience as Project Executive. He/ She will play a key supporting role in delivering high-quality marketing projects, with a strong focus on social media advertising execution and end-to-end event coordination. This is a hands-on position that combines administrative precision, vendor coordination, and occasional onsite operational support to ensure all campaigns and events run smoothly and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Project Reporting

• Assist in the posting and scheduling of social media advertisements across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
  


• Monitor campaign performance and compile timely reports on reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  


• Support project tracking, timeline adherence, and internal status reporting for all assigned campaigns.
  

Event Management Support

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for event-related items (venue, AV equipment, printing, gifts, catering, etc.).
  


• Manage registrant data entry, database updates, and attendee list maintenance.
  


• Handle enquiries from invitees via email, WhatsApp, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  


• Recruit, brief, and coordinate registration crew members prior to events.
  


• Able to travel and be physically present onsite during events to manage registration counters, guest check-in, and related logistics (as and when required).
  

General Marketing Support

• Provide administrative and operational assistance across all marketing activities (campaigns, activations, content projects, and client deliverables).
  


• Coordinate with internal creative, media, and account teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  


• Maintain accurate project documentation, filing systems, and budget tracking support.
  


• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties to support the overall marketing services team.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Events Management, or related field.
  


• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing services, events, or project coordination 
  


• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides) and familiar with social media advertising platforms and scheduling tools.
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  


• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  


• Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  


• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support (evenings and weekends may be required when events are scheduled).
  


• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong sense of ownership.
