RIcheese Factory originally from Indonesia, serving million fried chickens in more than 260 stores in Indonesia for the past 13 years. Our business in Malaysia started in Feb 2023, we are one of the fastest growth Quick Service Restaurant with 23 stores in operations and another 50 until end of 2024. While we continue to expand our business in Malaysia, we are seeking for talents with different skills and professional to join our business.

Qualifications & experience

• • Bachelor Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma in Building Construction/Construction Project Management/Interior Fit Out/Architecture or equivalent.
• • Past experience as a Project Executive/ Officer / Coordinator in the F&B industry or its equivalent
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• • Equipped with AutoCAD Skills. Able to read, produce layout and understand construction technical drawings would be a bonus
• • In-depth knowledge of F&B industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
• • Familiarity with financial planning and budget management in the F&B context.
• • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors specific to the F&B industry.
• • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation

Tasks & responsibilities

• • Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of projects.
• • Ensure all work instructions or guidelines are being followed as per the Design and Richeese Factory standards
• • To coordinate with Internal Team and contractor for site handover with acceptable standard & provision required.
• • Obtains and analyze all necessary resources before design input, including site survey/measurement and design schedule.
• • Monitor main contractor, sub-contractors and vendors performance during construction built-up phase through site visits and report review to verify all works are done in accordance with approved plan, as well as compliance with regulations
• • Perform inspection with main contractor upon completion of each project and hand over to Operations
• • Update relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) on the project progress.
• • Manage all documentation related to projects and ensure that relevant documents are safe keeping
• • Perform any tasks that assigned by line manager or management.
