What would you be doing:

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and operational workflows between the Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams.
• Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
• Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
• Track project and task milestones, follow up on action items, and flag any risks or delays.
• Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders.
• Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
• Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Operations Support role.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong awareness and sharp attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proven adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
