The interior design project manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management; planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects. Also, to coordinate and manage all phases of the project to meet the targeted delivery of projects.
You are responsible for
- Manage the design and construction process for food court fit-out projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress, quality, and safety of work performed by a contractor
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status and issues to the Management teams
- Resolve project-related issues and escalate as necessary
Our Requirements are
- Min 5 years experience in design/project delivery experience in the retail/F&B industry preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, and leases able to interpret drawings and specifications.
