Project Management Internship
Job Descriptions:
• Assist Senior Project Manager in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
• Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
• Implement and improve the project management mechanisms.
• Assist in preparing project documentation.
• Organize and schedule team meetings.
• Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
• Keep track of the project costs.
• Assist in prepare presentation materials for assigned projects;
• Assist in executing administrative project management tasks related to project plans,
issue and risk logs, budgets, deliverables and documentations
• Assist in the evaluation and certification process of Variation Orders, including associated
instructions.
• Manage the status of various contractual documents, including LA (Letter of Acceptance),
RFV (Request for Variation), EOT (Extension of Time), CPC (Certificate of Practical
Completion), CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance), and FA (Final Account).
• Assist in resource allocation and project budgeting.
Job Requirements:
• Experience with MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good in Mandarin and English communication
• Able to commit for at least 3
