Job Description

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• 
  

  Oversee the entire project, providing direction, reviewing progress and ensuring all functions work together effectively to keep the project on track.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate tasks and build strong relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers, focusing on negotiation, motivation and stakeholder expectation management.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor unit costs, compare daily site progress with project estimates and review elements impacting construction risk, cost and cash flow to achieve profit targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Integrate diverse functions to drive process improvement and cost optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, take corrective actions and provide regular project status updates.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze contractual terms and provide guidance to the team on contract-related matters.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure project completion within the specified timeline while maintaining compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 15 years construction experience, with proven delivery of 1 to 2 large-scale building projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in data centre, or hi-tech factory projects, is an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, coordination and project management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in English language
