Project Manager

1. Lead and coordinate product development activities in accordance with the company’s development procedures and project contractual requirements, overseeing the full lifecycle from product development and production transfer to medical device registration.
   

2. Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring, corrective actions, change management, cost and budget control, resource allocation, project risk management, and customer communication for R&D projects, ensuring achievement of project objectives including financial targets, product quality, and delivery timelines.
   

3. Serve as the primary liaison with customers and project management representatives, fostering strong and trustworthy working relationships while coordinating all project collaboration matters between both parties.
   

4. Organize customer quotations, commercial negotiations, and payment collection activities with prior approval from the Business Unit Head.
   

5. Collaborate with the Project Quality Engineer, Technical Lead, and project team to establish project workflows, milestone deliverables, and product quality objectives (including functionality and maturity requirements), while ensuring execution aligns with the approved project plan and development processes.
   

6. Lead and facilitate project stage reviews, prepare comprehensive review documentation including deliverables, issues, risks, costs, and budgets, and drive the resolution of outstanding action items and project concerns.
   

7. Proactively identify and manage project risks by implementing preventive and mitigation measures to minimize operational and delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle.
   

8. Coordinate closely with the production transfer and mass -production teams to oversee and manage product transfer plans, schedules, and overall progress.
   

9. Develop, monitor, and periodically update project budgets, oversee project cost control activities, and review and approve project procurement requests and expenditures.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation & Control Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Bioengineering, Clinical Medicine, or other related disciplines.
   

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management and manufacturing operations, or possession of a PMP certification/training qualification. Candidates with an engineering background and prior experience in the medical device industry will have an added advantage.
   

3. Strong understanding of project management and operational processes, with proven ability to manage day -to -day project activities, milestone reviews, project evaluations, and progress reporting effectively.
   

4. Demonstrated capability in problem identification, root cause analysis, issue tracking, and resolution management, with the ability to lead project teams in driving project progress and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
   

5. Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills, coupled with strong cost awareness and analytical thinking. Proficient in both English and Chinese reading comprehension, with advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications.
