Project Manager / Construction Manager - Fast Hire

• Plan, lead, control and monitor project implementation on site.
• Plan and prepare the material delivery schedule, plant & machinery requirement schedule and sub-contractor procurement schedule.
• Review sub-contractors work methodologies.
• Manage, monitor and control progress / schedule and quality of work.
• Manage, monitor and control usage of materials, plant and machinery.
• Manage, monitor and verify site staff & workers attendance.
• Liaison / correspondence with all stakeholders on all project related matters.
• Liaise with authorities / consultants to obtain timely approvals.
• Resolving technical and/or constructional problems.
• Site management viz. allocation of duties to site team / subordinates.
• Prepare, maintain and update progress report (fortnightly, monthly, weekly, etc.).
• Guide and ensure the site functions as per SOP/ISO system.
• Attend all project / site meetings and highlight any matters requiring the attention of client/consultant.
• Conduct sub-contractors’ coordination meeting, site staff meeting, etc. and prepare the required minutes of meeting.
• Verify sub-contractors / suppliers interim payment claim.
• Prepare, maintain and update project Risk Management Plan.
• Attend project review meeting with Head of Department / Senior Project Manager in HQ at least once a month.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ten (10) years working experience in Construction (high-rise projects) Industry.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to any project site.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
