Project Manager (Development) - Generous Compensation

Job Description: -

· Assist Management conduct feasibility studies and product development with all relevant parties. Furnish the findings to Management of the viability of the proposed project development.

· Accountable to plan and manage assigned projects effectively by ensuring the projects are delivered on targeted timeline and within the define budget.

· Responsible to manage and ensure the drawings and documents for submission to local authorities are accurate and complete.

· Timely monitor construction works of project and ensure its quality aspects.

· Participating in reviewing project progress and status, to identify arising issues, to discuss problem and consider necessary changes of construction projects if needed.

· Responsible for projects execution are compliance with Building Contracts and local authorities’ requirements to obtain CCC to enable the completed projects to be handed over to the purchasers on time.

· Inputs on design efficiency, architecture, design 2D, consolation methods, cost efficiency, value enquiry and engineering design justification.

· Check preliminary, conceptual, construction, submission, and revised drawing for project under your preview.

· Responsible for coordinate with consultant, liaise with authorities/consultants/other relevant parties, highlights/propose resolution for design issue and to ensure main contractor propose resolution for design issue and to ensure carry out accordingly.

Job Requirement: -

· Candidate must possess at least an Architecture/ Planner/Civil Engineering/ Structural/ Construction or equivalent.

· At least 8 years experience in the property business development sectors (Developer Company)

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.

. · Preferred Candidates fluent in Mandarin

· Possessing good knowledge of relevant statutory requirements pertaining to development, construction, safety, and building by-laws will be an added advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must possess with own transport.
