Project Manager Digital solutions

Requirements

• Plan and manage end -to -end delivery of digital solution projects (CRM, AI, automation, analytics,
  integrations).
  
• Define and control project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality.
  
• Develop and maintain all project documentation: project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change
  requests.
  
• Coordinate cross -functional teams, including technical teams, developers, AI/data
  engineers, and external customer stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, technical discussions, and milestone checkpoints.
  
• Track and report project status to senior management and customer stakeholders.
  

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement -gathering sessions with customers and
  internal business stakeholders.
  
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and propose digital solution improvements using CRM,
  AI, and automation.
  
• Prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Documents (SDD).
  
• Create wireframes, mock -ups, and user flows to support solution design and user experience
  alignment.
  
• Translate customer business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
  
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
  

• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and vendors to ensure the solution aligns with required
  functionality.
  
• Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customer testers and internal QA teams.
  
• Oversee go -live activities, deployment, integration testing, and post -launch hyper -care.
  
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams.
  

• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows using CRM, AI, automation, and digital tools.
  
• Recommend enhancements or system improvements based on feedback from customers and
  internal teams.
  
• Promote best practices in digital adoption, process transformation, and change management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related
  field.
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis for IT solution
  delivery.
  
• Experience in CRM, digital transformation, AI/ML, or automation projects is highly preferred.
  
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and lead cross -functional teams.
  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
  
• 
  Additional certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or cloud technologies are an advantage.
  

• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira.
  
• Experience with SRS/SDD documentation tools (e.g., diagrams.net).
  
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling (e.g., MySQL Workbench).
  
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and data pipelines (an advantage).
  
• Familiarity with HTML and UI/UX wireframing tools.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem -solving abilities.
