Project Manager - Dynamic Team

Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Supervise and support a team dedicated to a project or different projects under Centific AI Data Services department.
• Ensure that all the projects are delivered in comply with the KPI, metrics and quality expected and set beforehand.
• Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.
• Ensure daily communication with the SPM to know project status and set priorities.
• Build a proper scheduling and ensure the correct prioritization of projects within the team.
• Communicate with all team members in regular basis to ensure a healthy working environment.
• Communicate with client’s representatives in the time and basis requested, or when needed, to make sure expectations are aligned.
• Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
• Ensure the quality of Centific service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements. 
• Keep a professional image before the client, as representative of the Centific Delivery team.
• Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement. 
• Support the team members with any issues, improvements, or suggestions they may have.
• Train any new employee and ensure a proper knowledge of all the tools, processes, and instructions, as well as a proper integration within the team.
• Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services. 
• Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals. 
• Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed. 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• You have a linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similar.
• You have 1-2 years’ experience managing teams. 
• You have technical curiosity and you have worked in different technical environments.
• You can detect and solve any potential issues of diverse natures
• You are an advanced user of Office software or similar (Word, LibreOffice, etc.)
• You are an organized and efficient person, able to follow a tight schedule.
• You have experience in office environments.
• You have experience leading teams.
• As the POC for client, Good English is a must, this person will also need to know about iMacs setup, to solve issues with AppleConnect and Apple-related tools.
