Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of our service delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will play a key role in achieving our strategic objectives, including maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and ensure timely completion of all service delivery projects, adhering to specified timelines and quality standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction across all projects.
• Efficient Communication: Initiate and maintain effective communication with stakeholders after receiving any project-related Purchase Order (PO).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all delivered services are fully operational and meet quality assurance standards before handing over to clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: Regularly document and report on project progress, incidents, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets meticulously to ensure expenditures remain within allocated financial resources.
• Process Optimization: Lead efforts to document, standardize, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
• Technology Integration: Implement and utilize appropriate technological solutions to improve operational efficiencies and project outcomes.
• System Utilization and Compliance: Ensure full utilization and compliance of all implemented systems and processes following internal and regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the stability and security of project operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in telecommunications or related industry project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
