Role Overview: As an IT Controller, you will serve as a financial business partner to our Global IT team. You will collaborate closely with IT counterparts, providing accurate rolling forecasts, tracking cost developments, managing IT product/service cross-charges, and supporting day-to-day Controlling operations. Your role will also involve enhancing cost transparency and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT team leads, product owners, and project managers to provide transparency on cost/cross-charging development.
• Act as the subject matter expert on cross-charging topics and support related inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of cross-charging and controlling processes.
• Conduct detailed analyses to drive cost efficiency and transparency, proposing actionable recommendations.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of controlling processes.
• Engage with a global finance and controlling community, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, with IT controlling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP (cost center reports, internal orders, etc.).
• Proactive, self-organized work style with strong prioritization skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and comfort with complex situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
