Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry background
• Experience working with teams from other countries of different culture background
• PMP certification or equivalent is additional advantage
• Experience in handling product transfer and new product qualification
• Good professional proficiency in Chinese/ Mandarin and English
• Good team player, and able to work with peers and stakeholders from different level of organization.
• Experience in automation development and AI capability.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate product transfer activities to local site.
• Coordinate meeting and discussion with all stakeholders to ensure success product transfer.
• Ensure successful product transfer qualification based on critical control parameters.
• Develop new product/ transferred products' production control plan, working instructions and training plan.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering and other related department to ensure successful product transfer to the local site.
