Penerangan Pekerjaan - Project Manager - High Rise (Main Contractor)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementation, monitoring and control of project to ensure

completion within time, cost and required quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Ensure that all Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site.

2) Plan, supervise and monitor the progress of project, including cost control and have the full understanding

of the project needs.

3) Coordinate resources allocation for the project.

4) Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers.

5) Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary.

6) Serve as a member of the Management Review Committee, as and when appointed.

7) Maintain staff discipline at site.

8) Reporting to supervisor on pre-mix interval.

9) Chair the site meeting, sub-contractors meeting and act as the Chairman for Site Safety Committee.

10) Liaise with Planning Department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.

11) Check and review all method statements and all work instructions before submission to consultant.

12) Carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

1) Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

2) More than 5 years related working experience.

3) Experience in engineering design construction, supervision and project management related activities.

4) Able to liaison closely with clients / authorities / consultants.

Car Allowance: MYR 1,700 to MYR 2,000
Petrol Allowance: MYR 650
Hand phone Allowance: MYR 180
Toll: MYR 150 to MYR 200
Outpatient: Pay and claim MYR 500 per year (personal)
Three types of insurance: group insurance GTL and GPA (personal)
Annual Leave: 16 to 21 days (depending on years of service)
