What you will do:

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• To ensure the allocated gross margin (%GM) is achieved or improved by fully optimizing project resources.
• Project revenue and cost plan Project scheduling.
• Project organization including sub-contractor selection and evaluation.
• Need to identify various and implement mitigation and contingency plan to ensure that the project is not derailed at any point.
• Implement safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.

How you will do it:

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate project procurement sourcing based on best price practice Client, consultants, main – contractors liaison and goodwill building.
• Resolving of project related issues including technical, commercial issues based on tender/project scope of work.
• Project progress supervising vis-à-vis timely project claims and cost controls.
• Build project margin improvement plan and opportunities including V.O opportunities.
• Perform Monthly project performance analysis with engineers for project progress and action plans.
• Continuous personal improvement plan and training for engineers.

What we look for:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Preferably minimum 6 years working experience in similar industries and in project management.
• Preferably experienced in ELV (extra low voltage) system such as CCTV.
• Speak optimally, foster open communication; listen to others; deliver presentations optimally. Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly so that it is understood by customers; achieve understanding and agreement with customers/contractors, other department and sales staff.
