Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): autocad, Microsoft Project
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Interior Design fitout works or equivalent.
- Work closely with Sub-contractors, suppliers & general workers
- Liaise with trade subcons such as M&E, carpenters and others for accurate information
- Ensure work progress is as per schedules and in a timely manner and that deadlines set by the Project Director are met
- Work closely with the project team, architects and subcontractors
Your Qualifications
- You possess a great attitude and a willingness to learn; adapt and work well in team settings.
- You are professional, responsible and mature.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or a related program. Candidates with at least 3 to 4 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
