PROJECT MANAGER (Kelantan, 2 Vacancies) - Fast Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of assigned project, from planning and concept design through construction and project closeout.
• Review project schedule and construction progress, monitor and follow-up to ensure each phase of a project proceeds according to timeline.
• Conduct evaluation of performance criteria (scope, cost, timing and quality) and report regularly on the status of projects.
• Ensure the completion of the whole project within the scope of work and final deliveries meet the quality assurance requirements.
• Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and execution direction to staff under your supervision.
• Provide appropriate levels of programmatic management and administrative support to the project team on project activities while ensuring the implementation of standards and best practices in accordance with guideline, policies and procedures.
• Support the organization in recruiting key personnel and monitor staff performance.
• Overseeing project budget, managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
• Work well with technical specialists and external parties on all aspects of a project.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders and relevant parties on project progress.
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
• Ensure compliance of relevant acts and legislations pertaining to implementing of a construction project.
• Any other related duties as assign from to time.

Requirements:

Building Project (Lembah Sireh)

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Registered with Board of Engineering. 
• Preferably a Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) by CIDB.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience of building works.
• Must have ability to plan a construction project and prepare a construction program with planning team. Identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions.
• High proficient in English, demonstrating strong communication skills, and adeptness in both spoken and written form of expression.
• Willing to work in Kelantan.

Infrastructure Project (Sungai Golok)

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Registered with Board of Engineering.
• Preferably a Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) by CIDB.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience of infrastructure works and possess experience in flood mitigation project.
• Must have ability to plan a construction project and prepare a construction program with planning team. Identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions.
• High proficient in English, demonstrating strong communication skills, and adeptness in both spoken and written form of expression.
• Willing to work in Kelantan.
