Project Manager - Positive Work Culture

Key Roles:

• Undertake project management / coordination role for construction project on-site
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project
• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
• Plan and coordinate project construction from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, quality, costings and budget
• Manage the construction effort and represent REO as main interface for meeting with Client, Contractors and Authorities
• To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan
• Monitor and report to Project Director of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the rank throughout the Company.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering or related subjects
• Minimum 10 years of experiences as Project and Construction Manager in site project management in industrial factories project (preferably in semiconductor and pharmaceutical) 
• Have an advanced knowledge of project controls including scheduling, budgeting, risk management progress monitoring and forecasting
• Able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way
• Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with client is essential
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the management team from time to time in order to maintain flexibility in the organisation
• Good written and verbal skills (English & Bahasa) and able to influence and interact with all Management Levels
