We are looking for a talented, proactive and resilient Project Manager – Power Generation, KL to join our team in Puchong, Malaysia. This will be following Onsite with Flexibility work model. This role requires regular travel within Malaysia, as well as occasional international travel, to support business and stakeholder requirements.
A Power Generation Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of power generation projects, with the added scope of team management and leadership. These projects typically involve the construction, commissioning, and maintenance of various types of Power Generation equipment and associated balance of plant.
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Preferred Qualification:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of power generation technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to handle complex technical and operational challenges.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

This role is not eligible for cross border relocation.
