Project Manager - Site - Immediate Start

In line with our expansion, we are currently seeking for highly committed, result driven and competent personnel with integrity to join us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, manage, control and monitor construction work progress at site.
• Resolving technical or construction issues at site.
• Drive project completion as schedule, safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to collaborate with all parties involved in the project.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and as-built drawings.
• Must have exceptional communication skill. Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to the project management team and other stakeholders.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years or above of working experience for high rise construction.
• Well verse with Gantt Chart/CPM/Microsoft Project/AutoCAD.
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as part of our commitment to effective communication and serving a diverse clientele, fluency in Mandarin is preferred for this role).
