Project Manager - Urgent Position

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager  to join our Clinical Decision Solutions team. 

As the Project Manager, you will provide technical and pre-sales support to Business Development Managers and project manage clinical system vendor’s site implementations to drive successful rollout and adoption of MIMS Integrated Medicines Information and Clinical Decision Support APIs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project manage client-site implementations with clinical systems vendors to ensure MIMS integration projects are delivered in accordance with contractual commitments.
• Analyse client requirements and provide expertise and advise clinical system vendors to ensure that their integration work can be performed in an efficient and timely manner. 
• Communicate new requirements (or product enhancements) to MIMS Development team as appropriate to ensure clients’ requirements can be considered in product development activities.
• Provide on-going virtual and on-site technical support for existing implementations within contractual SLAs with vendors which the incumbent has prepared and/or oversees.
• Advise and provide technical expertise to vendors to enable them to migrate their clients to latest product version/functionality thereby reducing technical support costs to MIMS. 
• Prepare and maintain client facing integration documentation (presentations, implementation guides, training manuals, FAQs) to ensure each implementation satisfies contractual requirements and client’s satisfaction).
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise to Business Development Team and demonstrate MIMS features and benefits to maximise the sales opportunity.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess these minimum qualifications:

• A tertiary degree in information technology, healthcare informatics or related from a recognised university.
• Extensive experience in working in a healthcare environment as a vendor or implementer is preferred.
