Project Manager - Urgent Role

Responsibilities

• Ensure project within scope and deliver according to agreed timeline.
• Impose and shown the ability in controlling time schedule, particularly in cost management and experience in budget management.
• Prepare project timeline and track project status.
• Conducting risk assessments for projects.
• Monitor project activities to align between customer expectation.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction on deliverables.
• Prepare project status update and weekly meetings with client.
• Close the gaps between planning, technical and client.
• Communicate and manage multiple vendors.
• Project handover to operation team after project closure.
• Interaction with sales, engineering, product, operation and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Manage change request.

Requirements

• At least 4 Year(s) of experience in project management function
• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
• Willing to commute to Cyberjaya.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE 2 certification.
• Able to work independently as well on a team in deadline driven environment.
• A self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and responsible team-player.
• Must be result oriented, have strong problem-solving and good analytical skills.
