Your Role: As our Project Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in steering our project campaigns towards success. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Coordinating all aspects of project marketing from concept to completion
• Collaborating with creative and sales teams to craft compelling marketing strategies
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure their vision is accurately translated and met
• Analyzing market trends and adapting strategies to maximize reach and impact

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Can read and speak Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Age 18 - 28
• Must have transport for travelling within Damansara
• Able to work independently
• No experience needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be professional and a collaborative team player
• Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to change
• Ability to make good judgment calls and proactively problem solve
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google Drive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills help you to liaise with colleagues when you work on marketing/ social initiatives
