Project Planner

Company Background:

We are representing our established client in civil engineering construction industry. They are specialize in constructing road, bridges, airport road and maintenance of highway. As they continue to expand, they are looking for suitable candidate to join them as Project Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Construction teams to gather schedule input and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules; identify schedule risks, variances, and delays
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform critical path analysis and resource loading to optimize schedule performance
• Support project risk assessments and suggest mitigations through schedule adjustments
• Update schedules with actual progress and reforecast future activities in coordination with the project team
• Assist in preparing project extension-of-time claims or delay analysis if required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field 
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling 
• Proficient in Primavera P6 schedule development, resource loading, baseline management, and reporting 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Details:

• Working hours : Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm)
• Fixed Term contract : 1 year (Renewable)
