Project Strategist

A. Job Responsibilities :
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
Curate new township development with appealing USP and healthy profitability.
Coordinate with consultants, marketing, and management to comply with authority/development guidelines.
Lead KM submissions towards approval.
Assist in-house engineers to obtain cost-efficient infra design from consultants.
Perform ad hoc tasks as instructed by immediate superior or management.
Support other members of the product team to achieve target dates.

B. Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Architecture/Town Planning or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Compulsory English proficiency.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, occasionally need to travel to Jitra/Alor Setar.

C. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
Ability to interpret drawings and details.
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills.
Experience in township development and industrial projects. (bonus)
Proficiency in Mandarin. (bonus)
