Job Scope

• Market new projects or sub-sales/existing properties
• Introduce and propose investment opportunities to clients
• Assist clients in the process of selling/purchasing properties
• Negotiate and handle all parties involved in property sales and rentals
• Provide excellent sales and customer service
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to close deals

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with specialization in Real Estate or equivalent are encouraged to apply
• No work experience required
• Full-time/Part-time/Flexible positions available
• Must possess own transport

Location: Based in KL & Selangor (Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Kajang)

Commission Calculation:

• RM300,000 x 2% = RM6,000
• RM600,000 x 2% = RM12,000
• RM1,200,000 x 2% = RM24,000
• RM3,000,000 x 2% = RM60,000
