Job Responsibilities-Preparing Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement.-To vet-through the LO/TA for execution.-Ensure all documentation, payment submissions are completed within the set time frame.-Prepare and update master listing.-To prepare and online submission stamp duty.-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior. Education and QualificationDiploma and aboveRelevant Experience and Years of Service-At least 3 years working experience in Leasing, Business Development, Tenancy Management or similar.-Knowledgeable in legal terms and leasing administration skills.Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge and Competencies-Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation -Language Proficiency – Good English and Malay -Writing and Communication Skill – Good in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
